"We had a plumbing emergency last weekend. We had another plumber come out over the weekend and his company acted as if it would be too much work (collapsed sewage line) to do. We called lots of plumbers Monday to get quotes knowing this was going to be an expensive fix. Not only did J&M come in as one of the lowest, but they weren't booked out a month like the others. Heck, some of the others didn't even get back to us with quotes like promised. They were due to start today. They showed up on time as promised. We were expecting the job to probably take a couple days. To our surprise they said no, they were going to finish it today. They did finish it and did excellent work. Thank you so much! We will only call them for our plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend everyone else do the same!"
