"We had issues with our drain lines backing up. Within just a few hours J & M were able to come out and had amazing customer service. They explained everything well, gave tips on how to prevent future problems, and were able to offer an estimate on a future service we would like to have done. We will certainly be using them again in the future!"

"Although I was unable to this firm, Joel tried very hard to help me with my sewer issue. Unfortunately, his time schedule prohibited him from helping me in a timely manner. He was the only company who responded promptly and was upfront with the intense damage involved. I used a competitive priced company who was available but hope to do future business with Joel."
